We do not double-book. From the moment you sit down until you leave, you have a dedicated stylist. No apprentice cutting in, no assistant finishing your service, and no stylist stepping away to start the next guest. The appointment is yours for its full length.

Every service is performed by a licensed professional. We do not use apprentices or assistants to speed the chair. You receive your stylist’s own hands, judgment, and finish — the same standard we would want for ourselves.

We use only the best formulas we can source. Color, care, and finish are chosen for how they behave on hair over time, not for what is cheapest to pour. Luxury is visible in the result and in how the hair feels weeks later.

Your Sanctuary Team has more than 80 years of combined experience. When a color correction, a cut, or a plan needs a second set of trained eyes, our professionals consult with one another. You benefit from the whole room.
First, protect the hair. ＋
We follow the first rule of cosmetology: do no harm. If a requested service would compromise your hair’s integrity, elasticity, or health, we will say so. We map a realistic path, sometimes in stages, and explain what is possible, what is not, and how long it will take. We will not over-promise.

Pricing is honest and tied to the cost of the product and the time the service actually requires. You are paying for the materials and the uninterrupted time your hair needs, with a clear conversation about the plan.
