Cancellation Policy / Reservation Policy
All new clients must leave a $50 deposit on a valid credit card that will be applied toward service or cancellation fee in order to reserve a first time appointment. Time is our inventory! We appreciate you as our clients and make every effort to give the appropriate amount of time for each and every appointment. Please make any changes to your appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

The following cancellation and no show fees also apply if you schedule multiple services and decide not to get some of the services at the last minute. A ‘no show’ fee of 100% of the services scheduled will be collected if any client fails to keep the appointment and fails to call us prior to the scheduled appointment time. If we are able to fill the appointment there will be no fee assessed.
